Joseph Ingle brings over two decades of real-world experience to his role as ROC Environmental Health & Safety Director. Beginning his career in the emergency medical service and fire field, he became a certified EMT, CPR & First Aid Trainer, followed by advanced training in Hazardous Materials Response, FEMA/ICS incident management, and hazard communication. He then transitioned his career to a Tire Technician and trainer, ultimately joining Mine Rescue where he led and trained teams in medical response, fire suppression, rope and high-angle rescue, fall protection, confined space, HazCom, and HAZWOPER. His leadership reflects a deep commitment to safety, preparedness, and empowering teams to protect both people and operations.
