ROC offers our customers refined fuel and renewable bio fuel products with rack loading, blending, storage and throughput services at our Rebel Las Vegas Terminal and other Terminal facilities in the Western States.

Cardlock Fueling

ROC has several private and publicly available cardlock fueling solutions. Cardlocks are automated, open 24/7/365, unattended fueling sites designed for commercial fleet vehicles. ROC has 3 cardlock locations in Southern Nevada, Central Nevada and Western Arizona. ROC also offers fleet operators hundreds of other site locations within the Gas Card network.
